Your inventory is account-scoped when hosted
Guest data stays in this browser. When you sign in and upload, LetProof stores the workspace and private photo evidence under that account.
What is stored
Guest workspaces and recovery exports remain on the device. Hosted workspaces are stored in LetProof D1 with private account-scoped photo records. Upload is explicit.
What is not provided
There is no advertising, analytics, payment flow, identity verification or legal advice. Email verification and password recovery remain unavailable until a mail sender is configured.
Your responsibility
Collect only information needed for the inventory, protect recovery files and account credentials, and sign out on shared devices. A cloud copy is not a legal or deposit-scheme outcome.
